Booking for our 40th anniversary trip next September. My first two choices are not available. Le Manoir Les Minimes is closed for renovations until 2026 and Chateau Du Pray is booked for one of our three nights so is also not available for our dates (9/11-14, 3N). I mentioned these hotels as a reference to the vibe I am looking for. My next and 3rd choice Le Pavillion des Lys is available, but does not have a pool. While this is not necessary, I would like one if possible as I am trying to keep this trip low key with some relaxing environments to decompress. This is our first three week trip and I don't want to burn out.
If anyone has suggestions similar to those above, I would love to hear about them, otherwise I will go with Le Pavillion.
