Hotel recommendation close to Jardin atlantique (Paris)

Budget? There are a lot of hotels near there so a budget framework would be useful. I like the Pullman Montparnasse and at a lower price point and about a 10-minute walk is Hotel Apollon Montparnasse.

I was hopping to find something around U.S. $150 or less. I check Pullman Paris Montparnasse but "closing for renovation 30/08".

US$150 is around 121€ at current exchange rates. The Apollon Montparnasse is below your budget. We paid 179€ for a family room (2 connecting rooms) in July 2017. They have a single room for around 75€. I have not stayed there yet but you might like Hotel Le M on Rue de la Gaite (about 15 minute walk). The Pullman generally costs more per night than the budget so no loss for you that it is closed for renovation.

I check the price for Hotel M "Price for 2 adults, 1 child for 1 night:$244". It is a little bit expensive.

Try the Ibis Gare Montparnasse 15th. It’s on the same block as the Jardin Atlantique.

I thought you were a solo traveler -- I guess the "I need" as compared to "we need" or "My family of three needs" threw me off. When are you traveling? 121€ for a triple might be a tough budget to make work during peak season. Also, the Ibis mentioned above has no triples.

Why the Jardin Atlantique, which is behind the Gare Montparnasse? If you are flying out the next day, couldn’t you stay many different places? You can use booking.com, enter your budget and number of people and you’ll have several results.
