Does anyone know of a good hotel very close to the Biarritz station? We have to leave very early one morning and also want to make trips to San Sebastian and St. Jean de Luz. We are only in the area for 2 to 3 days.

The train station in Biarritz is out a ways -- not anywhere central that you would like to stay, I think.
I would get a hotel more centrally located for the beaches / downtown, and get a taxi to go to the train station.

The other response is correct that the train station isn’t conveniently located. I wouldn’t want to stay in that area.
We stayed at the Hotel Alcyon back in 2016. It was a very nice stay, no issues.
