Can someone please recommend a reasonably priced hotel in this area? We have just one night in Mid October on a Thursday night before our afternoon flight home the next day.

Right on the r. de Lille, just behind/next to the Orsay. Gets excellent reviews and within your budget.

We stayed at the K+K Cayre. It was a quick walk to both places and us within your budget.

Thanks all, we booked Hotel Residence des Arts. The last piece of our trip planning puzzle. Rouen, Bayeux, MSM, Dinan, Amboise and Paris. Trip report to follow in mid- October.
