Hotel in San Germain area of Paris for multigenerational family of 7 in July

We are looking for 3 rooms to accommodate three grandparents, one couple and two children under 12. We are flexible about room arrangement but would like to have air conditioning. A nearby metro would be a plus.

The métro, with rare exception, covers the entirety of Paris.

It sounds like 3 rooms for 7 people (children will count as adults). What is your budget, in euros, per room?
