I need a hotel in Paris from September 25-28. I'm currently looking at Hotel Port-Royal, Hôtel Les Chansonniers, and Royal Phare Hotel. I would like to pay under 95 Euro per night preferably. Can anyone point me in the right direction or give an opinion on the three hotels I've mentioned?
Dylan, we were very happy last year with Hotel de l'Esperance, around the corner from the hotel you mention, at 15 Rue Pascal. We were there 5 nights, about 85-90 euro per. Clean, quiet (we were on the 4th floor) with 24 hour desk, AC and elevator. They'll hold your key at the desk when you're out. Helpful, friendly staff. Skip the breakfast there and walk the 2 blocks to rue Mouffetard.
edit-referring above to the Hotel Port Royal, one of 3 you mentioned
Port-Royal and Esperance are among Rick's recommendations, located near Les Gobelins metro stop. Proximity to a metro stop is a useful feature. If you don't yet know that all these place have rooms available, go ahead and check them all. That may narrow the options.
