Has anyone on this Forum stayed at Hotel Fontaines du Luxembourg in Paris? Positive or negative comments about your stay?

My sister and I stayed there for 6 nights in September. Location is on a quiet street near gardens, about 8 minute walk to Metro station. We did not take the hotel breakfast, so we walked to nearby cafes for breakfast.
The hotel lobby has a small lounge area with sofas and chairs. Rooms were normal Parisian size, clean but nothing fancy. We did have a nice size bathroom with a shower over tub. Only street noise was garbage truck about 6:00 each morning. Main reason we chose this hotel was price. We were there during a very expensive time and hotels with availabilty were hard to find that didn't cost my first born grandchild. I would stay there again.
