Hôtel Beaugency Paris

Just got Rick's new book Best of France and Hôtel Beaugency is not longer listed. What up with that ? Current on line reviews look good. We have stayed there last trip to Paris and loved the location

As of this year he was still using it for some of his tours (usually the 21 day Best of Europe). I have found in the past that he sometimes does not list his "tour hotels" in his guide books so perhaps that is it. I love the reception folks there but the last time I stayed (May 2022) I felt it needed a good spruce up. They had finally gotten rid of the "ultrasuede" type bed spreads in favor of duvets....they'd had the same spreads since my first visit in 2014, lol. Prices are always good there...am looking at October 2024 for booking there.

I just looked at the most recent Paris book and it's in there. In my experience there's some "editing" that goes on for the country books which means some places get left out in the name of "space"
