Hotel advise

Has anyone stayed at Timhotel Le Louve that could tell us about your experience please? Would you recommend this hotel? It has a no-cancellation policy so I am hesitant to reserve without knowing more from someone who has stayed there.

I was looking at a hotel in Nice. I didn't book because they had no cancellation policy. I refuse to book those. I also look closely at the cancellation policies of AirBnb & VRBO, etc. Unless you have travel insurance I wouldn't do it. We lost money on a trip years ago, because my husband ended up in the hospital unexpectedly.

IMO it is foolish to book any hotel that has a no cancellation policy. Far too many things can go awry. Even with travel insurance, it then becomes a hassle to file a claim. Paris has many lovely hotels with flexible cancellation policies.
