In case anyone plans to book in Paris at Hotel des Grandes Ecoles in the Latin Quarter, I've just gotten notification that their previous policy for advance reservations has been changed. Previously they would only book 3 or 4 months in advance (I forget the exact time frame). Now, they announce, you can book 6 or 9 months ahead.

We stayed there in 2015, that's why I got their email. We loved it and would gladly stay there again.
