Honfluer in late February

Has anyone been there in late February ? How is it? What recommendations do you have of things to do? Thanks!

Honfleur is a beautiful place to visit, simply for the ancient port and surrounding streets. There are numerous bars and restaurants, shops and commercial galleries.
Several museums. The weather will be a gamble - may be cold and wet, or cold and sunny. I don't know if boat trips are seasonal.
How long are you planning to stay - we had three nights and felt that was enough.

Honfleur is beautiful, but there is not much to do. Walk around the small town (~2 hours) not missing the church, visit the Satie and Boudin museums if they are of interest, and that's about it IMO.

However, it makes for a good base to explore a bit of Normandy, with a car. Etretat, the lower Seine abbeys, Rouen, the easternmost D-Day beaches aren't too far.
