We have stayed at Le Cheval Blanc, which is right at the port (outer). We have stayed there twice and I think it is a Best Western now. It is in an older building, sort of creaky, but there is an elevator and it is comfortable. Parking is in a nearby public pay lot. I can't recommend a specific seafood restaurant, but if you walk around the inner port area, you will see what everyone else is eating - "fruits de mer" with huge platters of of shellfish - and can check the posted menus, stopping when you find something that looks good.

While I love older, picturesque properties I am now big into using my Accor Hotel Points and staying at Mercure Hotels. Generally they are quite nice and have their own uniqueness. The one in Honfleur is a solid choice and it has a great location.
