Hiring transport from Paris apartment to CDG

Please has anyone had experiences to recommend the two services Rick mentions in his Paris book? Paris Wedservices Private Car. and Interservice Prestige? We need to get to airport by 6 a.m. Merci beaucoup.

Call G7 English speaking line and order a taxi for about 4 hours before your flight -- or an hour before you need to be there. There is a 7 Euro charge to book and the fixed price is 62 from the left bank and 55 from the right. No tipping.

I use either Bolt or FreeNow which are Uber style services and which do not have upcharges. For important trips, I would have several options on my phone.

The G7 English speaking number is 01 41 27 66 99. If you call them, I would do it the night before your early morning departure.

I put the G7 app on my phone. pre-ordered to our apartment. They were there on time.

My understanding is Uber, bolt etc can’t use taxi/bus lanes so i use a taxi. Plus when we looked at Uber it was considerably higher than the taxi flat rate.

Last fall we had trouble getting a G7 the night before so we now order two nights before. I had to use another service as G7 was booked up.

This last Wednesday it took almost an hour to go from Butte Aux Cailles to Gare du Nord in a driving rainstorm with gridlock all over the city -- I was afraid we would miss our train, so be sure you book timing conservatively. We would not have made it in time for the train if the driver had not been able to use the bus lanes. (and I had booked, I thought generous time)

As others have said just book ahead with G7, either via the app or their English-speaking number. There is no need to go with a car service, which will cost more for the same thing.

And, a car service is not allowed to use the bus lane but a taxi is allowed to.
