High quality small hotels in Paris

Could someone please recommend small hotels in Paris? We will be there in late May 2025.
We are a family of 4 adults (two aged 60+ and our daughters in their 20's.) We're physically fit and dont have to have an elevator.
We will stay 7 nights to take it slow and absorb the culture. We enjoy museums, good restaurants, art and antiques.

Please specify your budget window per night, preferably in euros. I assume you are looking for two rooms.

Plan to rent two rooms. Most hotel rooms in Paris are very small, usually half the size of those in the US.

Check out Hotel Residences des Artes. Fabulous location. The Jr. Suites are palatial by Parisian standards. You can rent an “apartment”, which is a Jr. Suite plus the double room next door. There are only two rooms per floor.

Also look at the Hotel Residence Henri IV. This is one that I’ll be staying at on a future trip. Another great location.

Another vote for Hotel Residence Henri IV. We stayed there a few years ago and will be staying there again on our next trip. It is about a km from Notre Dame.

We are staying at Hotel Caron Le Marais in the 4th. It has wonderful reviews and close to a main metro line.

Hotel Balmoral Champs Elysees is a lovely small hotel. It offers a family room with two connecting bedrooms or a 2 bedroom apartment which would work well for your family. It is on a quiet street in a great location near the Charles de Gaulle Etoile metro and the Arc d'Triomphe. Our family really enjoyed it.

our go to small boutique hotel when we have a night or two in Paris is Henri IV Rive Gauche (not the same as the Henri IV Residences mentioned earlier). The front windows look out on an old church. It is near Notre Dame and around the corner from Shakespeare and Co and a pretty little park, Square Viviani. Small but nice rooms.

Try Apartments du Louvre. I have my second stay there coming up in April. I've only stayed at the St. Honore location at 45 rue de l'Arbre Sec in the past in a one bedroom but we're staying in a 2 bed/2 bath apartment on the upcoming trip.

Thank you for the excellent recommendations. Many were spot-on for our needs, and I had difficulty choosing just one. Again, thank you!

Hôtel Lyric Paris Opéra in the 2ème is my favorite. At the end of Rue Sainte-Anne and about a 5 minute walk to Place Collette / La Comédie Française and the Louvre.

We enjoyed our stay very much at the Hotel Jeanne D’Arc in Le Marais. We had a family room on the top floor which was more like a 2-room suite, including one double bed and two twin beds. It was reasonably priced, basic but lovely. Perfect for our family of 4 but it could also work well with adult children.
