Are there any apps (besides Rick Steves) that are particularly helpful when visiting Paris?

I have the app for the G7 taxi company on my phone. It’s dead easy to order a taxi and they’re always reliable.

For mass transit directions, I like CityMapper and the RATP apps.

I have Bonjour RATP, IDF Mobilities, and Uber. These are the ones I use most often when in Paris.
