Here is what I have so far. We are an older couple who has been to Paris before, so some things are left out. Of course we want to just walk around, sit in cafes, and go into shops, but since it is such a limited time, I thought some structure would be important. If there is something that should absolutely be included, please let us know. And if we should cut back on something also. We are staying in the 9th Arr.
Sunday: Arrive 2PM by train from Paris- Walk around Montmartre, Sacre Couer, eat at restaurant with a view (suggestions?)
Monday: Louvre (1/2 day only, tour?) l'Orangerie, walk around St Germain Des Pres, Latin Quarter,
Tuesday: Palais Garnier, le Marais, MahJ, Seine cruise
Wed.: Pantheon, Sainte Chapelle
Thursday: Louis Vutton Foundation, Rodin Museum
Friday: Leave
