Help with Intercities train reservation

I am trying to make a reservation to travel from Paris to Vire on Jan 13 and return Jan 16. I have checked multiple websites with varying results.
Rail Europe, SNCF, and the Oui Sncf app do not show any results for January. This puzzles me because its less than 30 days out.
Bahn, Trainline and Loco2 will show the schedule for my dates but will not allow a purchase.

so confusing! what am I doing wrong? Ideally I would like to purchase on have the ticket on my phone.

DB (Deutsch Bahn) are the German national rail company, the only sell tickets within, to or from Germany, so they would never sell tickets for a French internal train.
Loco2 is saying "Unfortunately we can't currently sell tickets for this journey, but the timetable below should give you an idea of trains that are running."
SNCF are not listing any trains.
My guess is that there is some track work scheduled, and they haven't fixed exactly which trains are running yet.

It's the Saturday/Sunday tickets that are not yet for sale past the end of December. That makes track work sound like the most likely explanation. But all travelers are in the same boat and will have the same selection of fares (probably ranging from 15 to 45 euros in 2nd class), when sales open. Although DB may not receive all construction updates from SNCF, the fact that they still reflect several trains on Jan. 13 seems encouraging.
