I’m searching for a room for a night that has windows which can be opened. Any recommendation would be appreciated

I don’t know about windows that open, but this Sheraton (https://www.marriott.com/en-us/hotels/parsi-sheraton-paris-airport-hotel-and-conference-centre/overview/?scid=f2ae0541-1279-4f24-b197-a979c79310b0) is right inside CDG terminal 2. You could contact them and ask.

No, the windows don't open. Rooms look out onto the planes, so I don't think you'd want to open them.

Anywhere near CDG is going to be very noisy. You really would not want to leave any window open if sleeping near the airport.
