I am very behind in my planning and I am looking for a wine tour in Arles that is not a bus tour preferably. I am willing to pay $$$. Does anyone have any tips? I have reached out to a few and they are all booked up. I am looking for August 6, 7, 8. Or, if you have a private tour and are looking for a couple of wine lovers to split the cost with, please let me know!

Does it have to be from Arles? Can you get to Avignon or elsewhere?. You might check out AirBnB Experiences. I have found some good things there for my trip later in August. I did a search for Aug 6. I didn't find anything for wine using Arles but using Avignon f showed several different options, from a few hours and a few wineries to a single visit. I eventually booked one of Rick Steves recommendations, Olivier Hickman of Wine Uncovered, wine-uncovered.com. There are also few more general websites like viator.com or getyourguide.com you might look into as you can search by type of tour and date.

Thank you! I think that he was booked up. I sent about 5 other places inquiries for availability. We may end up renting a car there and just doing some wine tastings. I have found some very promising options for Lyon (after Arles) on airBnB experiences. We had a wonderful private tour in Italy on one and would definitely try it again. Thank you for reminding me of this!

Arles has a couple of vineyards you can visit:

For some reason, the wines visits are only available in French on the Office de Tourisme website, even though the wineries have visits in English.
You could also write, in English, to the Office de Tourisme and ask about guided visits:

years back we were going to do a tour with this guy, alain. things fell apart and we cancelled when we had a death in the family.

we've done quite a few tours in a couple countries and love them, did a champagne tour in reims in a CRV car thru the vineyards. fabulous

I just toured with Christopher Curtis of Oooh Provence. He was great and I enjoyed my tour very much. He picked me up from my hotel and we did many sites in Arles. Wine tours are his favorite to do. For all that Christopher provided, I found him very reasonably priced.
