We are on a cruise and have a stop in Le Havre (7am to 7pm). We had booked a rental car but just got an email that they canceled it due to holiday closures.
Now we'd like to take the train to Rouen. Will the trains be running?

What date is this? If next Monday, then yes. SNCF Connect shows the first NOMAD at 1003, arriving at 1055, then a TER at 1020, arrive 1121. The previous train is a NOMAD at 0803, which you are very unlikely to make.
I enjoy my long oceanic passages. Living one vicariously now!!
The last suitable train back is a NOMAD at 1604, arrive 1658. The 1705 is too tight.
The one before that is at 1459.
The NOMAD trains are 11.50 Euro each way if booked today. The morning TER is 5 Euro each.
EDIT- Looking back to much earlier threads I see this is Ascension Day but the same still holds true - trains running at very marginally different timings.
Thank you both.
We are in port at Le Havre on May 9th.
