Heathrow to Paris by air?

We are returning from Cotswolds to drop off car at Heathrow. Plan was to get to St. Pancras and the Eurostar by 13:30 for the 14:30 train so arrive in Paris at 16:30 or so....

Then I thought why not fly?

There is a 12:10 (we would have to be there by 11:00 I am thinking) flight which then is in Paris at 14:30.... then make it to our hotel in the Louvre area by ? 15:00-15:30

So either way you have an airport to city central transit and seems to be about same travel time.
My gut says take the train (about same cost) and more relaxing...
Anyone done this?

Hi drj. With time change, 14:30 train would arrive Paris about 18:00, not 16:30. If you are already at airport, flying is a good option to consider. Enjoy your trip!

As long as you are considering a flight, why not drop the car at Bristol airport and take the Easyjet flight to Paris CDG. It is at 16:10 arriving 18:30, except on Saturdays when it is at 9:50. Saturday flights are the most expensive.

Hmmn interesting idea: So only one flight a day Bristol to Paris?
Much less hectic airport I'm sure.
What is "Easy Flight"?
Price comparable to Heathrow-Paris?
Thanks!

Its Easyjet. www.easyjet.com/en/
They are big European discount airline. They charge extra for checked bags, carry-ons, snacks etc. Their boarding is not quite like Southwest, but along those lines. They have a pretty good reputation.
32 to 64 GBP is ballpark price depending on day of the week, weekday.
