Does anyone know where to get one of these in Nice? It doesn't look like the airport pharmacy does them. We connect through Paris but once arriving in Nice we will have to get one. Hopefully in April they won't be needed anymore, and the CDC card will work.

Just about any pharmacy should be able to review your shot record/CDC card and issue the appropriate French equivalent QR codes. The cost is 36€, the pharmacists will also need to see your passport.
If the first pharmacy you ask is unable to assist, he can direct you to a pharmacist who can.

Thanks! We will be staying at a hotel by the train station and hope to find something there. Will we be able to board the tram from the airport or take a taxi without one?

Only Intercité trains and the TGVs require the pass vaccinal for boarding.
