Hello All! I am hopefully going to Paris on 22 February. Before boarding I am supposed to fill out a health declaration, but I am repeatedly denied access to this form. It says I'm not logged in, but I see nowhere to log in or set up an account. My e-mail address is typed in correctly. Sorry if this is a stupid question. As you can see I'm a total travel novice.

I will be traveling to France in March and after doing some research this is what I found:
In addition to the health declaration form you will need to also complete EU Digital Passenger Locator Form

You can also access the health declaration form via AirFrance website. https://airfrance.traveldoc.aero/
