Headout's customer service is quite difficult to use and customer service is difficult. I mistakenly bought a $210 for 2 tour of Monet's gardens the day and musem in Giverny the afternoon before the trip, not realizing it included a bus trip. (this is my fault). I tried to cancel but cancellation was denied. I didn't need the bus trip and merely want to join the tour in GIverny. I spent hours trying to get in touch with them. The chat is merely an incompetent AI bot so I wasted much time there. I called their US customer service line, which had me on hold for several minutes (incurring local French per-minute call costs) before being told they were outside business hours. I called again and waited but gave up after many expensive minutes. I joined the chatbot again and after several unsuccessful back-and forth's got a whats app number to call here in France. I didn't get any good resolution.
Stay away from Headout is my recommendation.
