Has anyone used Uber (taxi service) from Orly airport to Paris? I have 4 people with 4 pieces of luggage and a couple backpacks and wondered if anyone has used Uber, their thoughts, their approximate costs for the same amount of people going to Eifle Tower area, and what type of Uber vehicle they chose and we should choose with this large a traveling party and similar amounts of luggage?

The taxi rank outside of the Orly airport will include vans large enough for your party. You are over-thinking this.

The taxi dispatcher will put you in a cab big enough for your party; it is by far the best and cheapest way for a party your size to get from Orly.

I don't know how the Uber is being received but they are up before the beak in London. They have gone from nothing to something very quickly due to their app and now may be going the other way.
I would personally stick to a tried and true.
