Hello, I am interested I booking this service for our family of four but wondering if anyone has used this service and/or if there are other car services from CDG into Paris that are recommended?

You can simply walk outside and take a taxi and it will be 55 euros to the Left Bank and 50 to the right for up to four passengers. There is no need to use a shuttle service, but if you want to do so, the ones set up by Cobblestone and Guest Apartment Service are quite good. I am not a particularly money-wise spender and I think the cost of these two private shuttle services are a waste of money but when others arrange a trip and pay for the shuttle service, I don't refuse.

If the shuttle costs more than the new flat fees to and from the airport, it doesn't make sense to pay for that.
It is just a short walk to the official taxi stand - you just follow the overhead signs. The line moves very quickly. The walk to the shuttle can be much longer, since shuttles are parked in a different area.
Parisian taxis also include mini-vans which would hold your family and all your luggage comfortably, and cost the same as a regular sedan. There are no luggage fees, so all you pay is the metered flat fee. You can tip the driver a couple of euros if you like.
