Has anyone used Air France Travel Concierge at CDG

We are traveling next month and I was considering booking the travel concierge Air France offers at departure. It would be $260 euro. But it looks to expedite going through passport check and takes you to your gate. Any feedback? I’ve heard the lines at CDG are crazy and we are a family of 4 leaving CDG at 10am for flight back to California. Any info is appreciated.

Considered getting concierge for SFO/CDG/FCO in April, 2022. Connection time changed so wasn't necessary It was quite a journey from landing in the international area and walking to the outbound/Schengen gate (still AF but couldn't stay air side).

We probably flew on the same CDG/SFO 10am flight. We left our hotel by taxi at 6:00 (set rate) on a Tuesday morning, no traffic, at the airport at 6:45 and breezed through passport control. No lines!

Happy travels

Thanks Dennis I read last month a family came 3 hours early and still missed their flight due to passport control that’s why I’m concerned. It’s a Friday before Easter weekend I think it may be crazy.

Are you flying in business class?

No we are flying economy we also have my 15 year old so I’m not sure if we can even do anything expedited. I read if you have a minor you have to get in the regular line however I think the concierge service would work as Air France does ask the ages when offering the service.

I have used the concierge service but I was in business class and I thought it was good but a waste of money. It shaved like maybe 5 minutes off my total time in the airport upon arrival. Upon departure, in economy, I could see that I could be useful but I wouldn't do it because I think that 3 hours is plenty of time and the odds are in favor of not missing the flight. However, I am a big believer in doing whatever reduces your anxiety when traveling and if you are worried about the possibility of long lines enough to look into something to avoid them, you should pay the 260€ for the peace of mind.
