A "Paris by Night" tour looks like a better option than a Seine cruise. Has anybody taken this tour?

Why would riding around in a car be a 'better option' than being out in the open air on a boat on the Seine?

I expressed myself poorly. I should have said "a better option than a Seine cruise for me and my husband". I was wondering if anyone had taken the tour described in the link.
