If you have indeed spotted a listing for a flat in Paris with the elusive 13 digit registration number, would you mind sharing it? Or, more precisely, a link to it?!? My eyes are going square from searching and not finding even one!
Here's one. air bnb w license

And this one
And this one
About everyone 1 in 4 that I looked at had one. You have to click on the Read More About This Space. I also wasn't looking for anything particular date or location.
Someone - Chexbres? -- knows of a couple hotel-suite type options in Paris that sound nice. Good luck!
Here's a link to a VRBO studio I stayed in. The flat itself may not be your cup of tea as it's a 5th floor walkup with no A/C but I'm linking to it so you can see the registration #. It's in the section "About the property".
There is Hotel Residence Henri IV, which has an apartment and a kitchen. The hotel has air conditioning.
There is also the Citadines across the river from the Louvre - a spectacular location.
Both are imminently legal.
This is a HomeAway flat we have booked.

Not many nights available until Sept .
But it is registered , note it is 1 bedroom - not 2.
Thanks everyone! You have restored my hope:) I haven't been searching AirBnB, but I do like they have a specific field for the number. I look forward to checking out all the recommendations.
