Can find no prior mention of this famous stable in St. Lo. Michelin recommends visiting on Thursday when they have a presentation. Anyone familiar? Website does not mention time.

I'm not familiar with it and looking at pages below am not sure that the "spectacles" are every Thursday, even in season. You might want to email [email protected].

From one of Laura’s links, there are two visit options listed in the French version: Visit on your own ( leaflet provided) June 22 thru September 22, from 2-6 pm OR the pre-booked special tour (space limited, reserve early) you were wanting on Thursdays from July 18 thru Aug 22, except for Aug 15. I guess they give you the time when you call to book, as Laura suggested.
