My husband and I are headed to Paris in a couple of weeks, and we want to take a day trip to Champagne. We previously visited in 2017 and did an ebike tour through bikeabouttours. The tour was wonderful but unfortunately they are not running their Champagne tours this year. Any other suggestions for companies that offer guided ebike tours? If not ebikes, any other tour companies you would recommend for a half or full day tour?

You might possibly find Blue Marble, in Paris, helpful. We went on a Champagne Pedal tour with them over 20 years ago. This was from Paris to Reims and back, and over several days, and on regular bicycles, before e-bikes became so popular. Not sure whether half- or single-day trips are something they offer.
But they now rent e-bikes, and maybe can offer suggestions for other operators, if they can’t help directly. https://www.bluemarble.org/
