We have a short 2-day visit to Paris, and would like to get a nice bus tour that hits the highlights, maybe even a hop-on/hop-off tour.
Any suggestions, and if these can be booked ahead online?

The answer is similar to your the other questions. Hop on/off do not require advance reservations. Tickets are sold on the spot.

Check the website for L'Open Tour. They have 4 interconnected routes and there are maps on the website. You can buy a one or two day pass from the driver at any pick up point. The two day pass is the best value.
