Does anyone know of a gym that you can use by the day in Paris? We are staying for a week and would like to get an airbnb near a gym.

I would get the airbnb reservation location first and then ask for gyms in that area

We work out at CMG Sports Club Bastille. Day passes are 30€ per day. You could look at cmgsportsclub.com and see their various locations in Paris. There are gyms, CMG and others, all over Paris. I agree with finding the apartment or a short list of apartments and then looking for the gym.
