Hi All!
I just bought the last 3 tickets for the Kings private apartments to Versailles on a Saturday at 9:30! Yippee!
There are actually 4 of us and my husband said he would forgo this tour and just take pics outside. They won't let me buy an extra ticket for him would they? I would if I were them! :-)
I'm not quite sure what to do next.
Looks like I need to buy a ticket for all of us for the main part of the chateau. Is the Passport one the way to go?
We would also like to tour the gardens and rent a bike and tour the rest of the grounds including the Trianons and Marie Antoinette's village.
Do I need to buy tickets for each individual one?
Is there a good place to grab food and go on a picnic on our own with Versailles bikes?
Do I need to reserve bikes at Versailles in advance?
I really wanted to do this with a bike tour but we also really wanted to see the King's apartments.
How can I do both on my own?
Also, we will need to get there from Le Pecq. Can we do it by train, cab, or uber?
