Good small hotel or B&B in Poitiers?

Does anyone have a personal recommendation for a good small hotel or B&B within easy walking distance from the station? I was hoping for La Maison de Marc but it seems to be already booked for the June Saturday night I wanted.

And how far from the station is the city centre:is there any public transport that links them?
