Good Absinthe bar in Paris?

I'm looking for a real Absinthe bar, with the slotted spoons, sugar cubes, etc.

Can anyone recommend one in Paris?

First, go to the Orsay and see Degas' painting. If that doesn't get you out of the mood, and it probably won't, ....
Then go to Cantada II, 13 rue Moret, Paris.
This is not listed in Rick's Paris recommendations, which won't surprise you, but just so you know this is not recommended by Rick Steves Europe.
They say Van Gogh really liked absinthe.

I could give you a recommendation for Williamsburg, Virginia... I had my first absinthe there and got hooked! [ perhaps that's not the best choice of words]. My daughter is a fan too, and wrote a paper on absinthe for a French class in college. Glad to see Kent's recommendation; we will add that to our list for the next trip to Paris.
