Go from Mont Saint Michel to Pamplona for Running Bull

Hi All,

July is hot in Europe, therefore, I would like to make many of my bucket list items as I can in one July trip. After Mont Saint Michel, and Saint-Lo for Tour de France, I plan to go to Pamplona for "Running Bull" before going back to Paris for Euro Cup 2016 final.

Please advise me where is a good one-night stop over from Mt Saint Michel to Pamplona. Can it be Bordeaux, Bayonne, San Sebastian? Or should we go directly to Pamplona, and according to rome2rio, the trip will take about 13 hrs?

BTW, the way I plan is based on our avail. dates to travel, and based on the dates of Tour De France, Running Bull, and Euro Cup 2016 Final in Paris.

We plan to drive, stop one night in Biarritz, drop the car in Hendaye the next morning. Then take the taxi to San Sebastian bus station to get to Pamplona.

Will fly from pamplona, via Madrid, to Paris.

Please tell me your advice.

Thank you.

Sounds like a sound plan, and much easier driving than cross country train journey(s). The French train system mostly radiates from Paris, which is why I asked your mode of travel. You seem on track to me.
