Gluten free Paris/Versailles - Celiac

Hello,
We are camping in Versailles and then staying in Paris for 2 nights. I have done some google searches but was wondering if anyone has some recommendations.

My daughter has Celiac and when we talk about our trip she’s mentioned the classics, baguettes, croissants, and crepes. Trying to find some good safe options for these and just in general.

We are staying near Rue Cler but will most likely do Eiffel Tower, Montmartre, d’Orsay.

Up for anything suggestions!!!

Noglu, a gluten-free bakery, has two locations in Paris. The one at 69 rue de Grenelle is close to rue Cler.

If you search on your computer for “gluten free bakery Paris,” you can find a couple of others, but Helmut Newcake, my favorite, is permanently closed so ignore that one,

I am a celiac. The Carrefour by the Ecole Militaire stop has GF bread and nice premade salads and an orange juice machine. I stayed near there in April and had a few meals in the area. I did take the bus to Noglu and had a great sandwich on a baguette and a chocolate croissant, yummy. Most waiters understand GF, on previous trips I used small printed cards with translated info for the waiter stating I am celiac and what I can and cannot eat; found them online. Enjoy!
