Does anyone have any experiences with gluten free dining in Paris? We will be there in early August and will need to find cafes and restaurants that are able to accommodate gluten free requests. I’ve researched on you tube and google but am interested in more recent experiences. Thanks!

A guide has been written by someone there who is celiac. She works part time for Paris based food writer David Lebovitz so would consider it quality. She is on Instagram, ‘the real Emily in Paris’ which is one way to contact her. It is an e-guide and there is a charge.

Thank you! I contacted “therealemilyinparis” and she replied quickly. She just wrote her guide this past March so I purchased it. It is fantastic! Such a wonderful and complete guide to gluten free dining in Paris. Not just the well known patisseries but excellent recommendations for cafes and restaurants. She includes a map with the exact locations as well as their phone numbers to call ahead. This will make our trip so much easier!
