This week Bonjour.com is featuring an article on Gluten-free Patisserie’s. I am not Gluten-free but thought I would share this. Over the years forum contributors have asked about Gluten-free options. Thanks. I must eat GF and have been to several of these places. Note that Helmut Newcake has closed. Noglu is my favourite as they have bread similar to a baguette and will make a sandwich there, nice pastries too. Chambelland is very good; I stayed near there this April and visited several times. Yummy and Guilt free is good; a different take on a waffle.
I will have a look at the others online.
