Gluten free in Paris

I have done a good amount of research on this, but would love personal experience advice, as well. We have 3 out of the 4 of us traveling with Celiac or a wheat allergy. What are your favorite places to eat in Paris? We are staying near Notre Dame but will be touring all over the city. Thank you!

Are you asking for favorite places to eat and then you will try to see if you can get appropriate meals there or are you asking for our favorite gluten-free places in Paris? If it is the latter, try the appropriately named Noglu in the 2nd arrondissement. Also, Helmut Newcake in the 9th and Bears and Raccoons (excellent sandwich shop/restaurant) in the 11th. There's more, I'm sure but that's all I got.

If all else fails, check out the Happy Cow website. If you don't know it, it has been posting vegan, vegetarian and GF stores and restaurants for about as long as there has been internet for public consumption.
I use it more for GF groceries as I tend to rent apartments rather than hotels. As I ca tolerate a little wheat, I just work around a typical menu in a restaurant.

on one of our trips we went to a couple of places in Paris that specialised in gluten free, but they were 'nothing special'
on that trip we did not know about a few things we tried at Xmas time in europe.( I wish we had known earlier)
1. we ate at VAPIANO in germany and austria, I believe they are in Paris ( we found them very good- it is a chain of restaurants that have gluten free options)
2. we used an app on the phone called 'find me GF' is worked OK for at least identifying options.

hope this helps.
