Wondering if we should even bother. It will be mid-March when we are there. I understand the water lilies won't be blooming, but wondered if much of anything else would be and if it's even worth the trip at that time of year. Still trying to figure out what the weather will be like.

No I don't think Monet's gardens open until April 1st. But check their site. That's when they opened last year.

I have been in April before - even then there's not much happening plant-wise, just the beginnings. But you can still tour the house and shop. The house is always good.
