Oh yes, definitely worth seeing in early September although it may be pretty crowded this year.

Last year, we were ther opening week (April)…. It was still so impressive, familiar and worth it!

We were there Oct 31 last year -- the last day it was open -- things were a bit ratty and seedy but still beautiful. Our other visit was in May after the bulb flowers were done. I would think mid April would be ideal. Mid March it won't be open yet.
