Giverney and Monet’s garden question

We are planning a day trip to Giverney from Paris in September. My question is are there benches to sit and enjoy the gardens or is it strictly a walking tour? My husband is an artist and would like to do some sketches while there if there’s places to stop and sit. Thanks!

The only benches I remember seeing were up by the house so you would have a view of the gardens immediately in front. I do not remember any benches when walking around the larger gardens, around the ponds, or near the Japanese bridge. Now, it's been several years since I was there so that may be different now.

I saw a couple of benches in the garden. I didn’t notice any in the water garden.

Yes, there are some benches throughout the gardens and by the house. I was there recently. I did see some people sketching but there are lots of people walking by no matter where you might sit. Enjoy!
