Ghent to Paris CDG for flight to Los Angeles

How do I get to the CDG United terminal for a noon flight from the CDG train station. Im taking the train from Ghent to CDG. Also, how much time should I allocate for the transfer at CDG? Thanks.

You need to start checking in three hours before your flight, at 9:00 a.m. Therefore you should take the train the evening before and sleep at an airport hotel.

There’s no such thing as a United Terminal. This should explain the terminals to you: https://easycdg.com/

Terminal 1 for United and indeed you shouldn’t be starting out from Ghent the morning of your flight as you need to be sure to be at the airport 3 hours before your flight. As Bets said, come the night before.

Agree with the others. You have to be at CDG by 0900. And it could be a 3 hr train ride from Ghent, with a change of trains in Brussels. If there is a track disruption, or any other kind of delay, it might prove unfortunate. And do you really want to be getting on a train that early in the morning? Travelling the evening before would be much more prudent.

Just a thought as others have said you could easily see Ghent and Bruges in 2 days, why don't you spend the other 2 days in Paris.
That way you are near CDG and could take RER from Paris to CDG on the morning of your flight
