Hello everyone!
My family (13 adults with spouses) will be staying in an Airbnb in Le Puy Sainte Reparade which is just north of Aix en Provence, from May 19-23. We will be coming from Nice for the five days before it, and head to Lausanne Switzerland afterward. Both of those other areas have local transportation networks in place that we can use almost exclusively to do what we need to.
But the area around Aix is more spread out and so we are trying to figure out transportation to get to the different areas to tour (Arles, St Remy, Luberon etc) or even to get into Aix or to restaurants or stores close by.
With a smaller group it is fairly easy to rent a car or get Ubers, but we are trying to avoid getting 4 Ubers everywhere we go.
I am wondering if anyone on here knows of companies that have a minibus that could be used? I’ve looked at renting two large passenger vans at the TGV station but most options are manual transmission and I don’t that would be a wise option for us (or anyone else on the road at that time) ! :)
And then most group tours with transportation services only go up to 8 people.
Any ideas, recommendations or experience from someone in a similar scenario would be hugely appreciated!
