We will be flying out of Geneva and have one day to visit Chamonix. Tips on transport from Geneva to Chamonix? We plan to take the bus from airport. Is it worth it for one day trip at end of May? Thanks!

We went from Annecy to Chamonix via Blah-Blah bus (I DON’T recommend this bus vendor.) We enjoyed our time but the town is “ touristy.” What are your other options?

We have considered spending a second night in Annecy. Thoughts? We were basically staying in Annecy to break up the trip to Geneva, then would have a day trip to Chamonix before an early flight the next day from Geneva.
