I bought 3 tickets for a train to Germany and have one QR code for them. How do I get 3 people through the gate to board the train with only one QR code?

On every trip to Paris, I am at Gare de l'Est for day trips or taking the ICE or TGV back to Germany.
When it comes time for you to board, SNCF personnel will be at the gate on the platform checking tickets (paper, which is what I use, or on phones) before allowing you to proceed to your reserved coach to find your reserved seats.
Sometimes the phone doesn't work or more often the paper ticket doesn't register. What then? Then I call the SNCF personnel over saying "marche pas"...no problem then going through.

Get to the station early and find an employee working near the gates who can take a look and untangle this for you, or get there even earlier and go into the sales office. Take a number and have an employee figure this out when it’s your turn. You should have three separate tickets, each with the passenger’s name and its own QR code.
Edit: if we knew in what form you have the tickets, phone/computer/SNCFconnect app, we could tell you how to look for the other two. It's possible that all have have to do is click on tickets and scroll down if on a computer or swipe left on a phone or app to see the additional tickets.
