We arrive at Gare Austerlitz from Orleans on a Tuesday and want to get our Navigo Decouverte passes. Is there the appropriate ticket window at Gare Austerlitz for that purchase- the Billets Paris Ile de France? If there is, is it obvious?
We will be taking bus transportation to our accommodation from the station.
Online info sounds like there is, but I honestly couldn’t tell for sure.
Since there are both Metro and RER stations at Gare d'Austerlitz, so I think it is a pretty safe bet. Have your photos printed to the proper size when you arrive.
Thank you Sam! Photos will be correct.
Yes! There most certainly is a Billets Paris Ile de France. Finally found the information exactly where it should be. We can’t check in to our accommodation for a couple of hours after we arrive so this will allow us to utilize that time.
The always-useful Paris By Train site, run by an enthusiast, shows these helpful photos of wht you will see:

Thank you @southam. I actually saw that but was unsure if that Billets would get us what we want. I did figure we would go there to see if I didn’t receive any exact info. All is well now and we will have our photos in hand, etc.
Did you know that Billets is French for tickets?
Yes, Nigel, one word in French I do know!! And believe me, I don’t know many. Thank goodness my husband will be helping me along while there. By the time we return home, maybe I’ll know 10 words! Don’t want to push it, but I might even try for 20……….
