I'm trying to get a quote and book a G7 taxi, but the website and app do not accept the phone number format. To those who've used G7 previously, how did you format your phone number? I tried numerous ways but none worked. Want to get from CDG to 19th arrondissement when we arrive next month. Thanks in advance!

I don't know the answer to your question but why do you need a quote or to book a taxi ahead of time for a trip from CDG? The rate is a flat rate of 50 euros from CDG to the Right Bank for up to four people and their luggage. Plus if you reserve the taxi ahead of time there is a 7-euro fee. Are you in a group of more than four people?

I agree with the above post. You can just show up and go to a cab stand when you've collected your belongings.

but whenever you are putting in a phone number in Europe put in no punctuation and no spaces. If you have a US or Canadian number prefix it with a +1. So (817) 555-1234 should be put in as +18175551234
If you have a phone from a different country, substitute that country code for the 1. So a British phone would be +442075554321

It would be a good idea to reserve a G7Taxi the day before for your return trip to the airport. The same flat fee rates apply, as well as the reservation fee.
If it's easier for you to call them, all the dispatchers speak excellent English. You'll get an SMS with the make and color of the taxi that will pick you up. Make sure to be waiting outside about 5 minutes before pick up time.
